RTS: Bureaucracy

African bureaucracy has the stigma of being one of the worst known to humanity. And today I had a go at it myself.

RTS: Sewing Prince from Sierra Leone

Another afternoon at playing cards. Just like all the others. Them playing and me getting bored after a while. So I decide I might as well pop by the local cyber café.
